What Doula Care Includes
Prenatal Education & Birth Planning
Personalized guidance creating an intentional birth plan. We clarify medical terminology, discuss pain-management preferences, and prepare for hospital, birth center, or home environments.
Emotional & Physical Comfort
Techniques including rhythmic breathing, hot/cold therapy, visualization, massage, and calming presence to manage intensity throughout contractions and labor waves.
Labor Positioning & Movement
Evidence-based biomechanics, birth ball utilization, peanut ball positioning, and gentle movements designed to encourage optimal fetal positioning and pelvic opening.
Partner & Sibling Guidance
Equipping fathers, partners, and family members with confidence and hands-on comfort techniques so they can actively champion the birthing person without fear.
In-Person Birth Attendance
Continuous bedside support for Packages 3 and 4 throughout active labor, transition, and pushing, including immediate golden-hour postpartum holding and initial bonding.
Postpartum & Family Care
Follow-up checks within 24 hours of delivery, infant feeding encouragement, parent recovery resources, and emotional debriefing as you transition into life with your baby.

Package 1 — Foundational Support
Essential birth preparation and personalized guidance for expectant parents.

Package 2 — Comprehensive Prenatal Care
Extended prenatal education, lifestyle resources, and family preparation.
- Complimentary initial consultation
- Comprehensive birth planning & advocacy assistance
- Two 90-minute in-depth prenatal visits
- Curated educational materials & research packets
- Personalized pregnancy & wellness resources
- Ongoing phone, email, and text availability
- Meal preparation & nourishing pregnancy exercise resources
- Dedicated partner & sibling support guidance
Package 3 — Full Labor & Birth Attendance
Continuous hands-on labor support, hospital advocacy, and early postpartum care.
Includes everything in Package 2, plus:
- Education about labor anatomy, stages, and birthing positions
- Dedicated on-call labor and birth support during the mutually agreed-upon coverage period — coverage dates, communication expectations, and response times are established in your service agreement
- In-person continuous labor and birth attendance at hospital, birth center, or home
- Continuous emotional support and nonmedical physical comfort measures
- Assistance understanding medical information & communicating preferences to your care team
- Up to two hours of immediate golden-hour support following birth
- Comprehensive family follow-up within 24 hours after delivery
Package 4 — Divine Complete Journey
Nikki's most comprehensive, nurturing experience with celebration gifts.
Includes everything in Package 3, plus:
- Everything in Package 3 (continuous labor attendance & full prenatal support)
